What are your shipping timeframes?

PRINTS

My fulfillment agent ships worldwide with USPS, UPS and FedEx.  The most cost-effective carrier is chosen based on items ordered and their destination.  Depending on shipment type selected, domestic shipping times typically range from 1-7 business days after your order completes production.  Tracking numbers are provided via email.

SHIPPING PRICES for prints are calculated based on your cart total.  Sometimes there are small surcharges, for example during the holiday season.  The shipping cost will be presented at checkout.

What is included in the shipping cost?  

All artwork will be professionally and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.  Prints are shipped flat, not rolled, and high quality packing materials are used.  Shipping is a pass-through cost, meaning I am charging what I am charged - it is not marked up to you.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies 

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total. 

-Crate for metal prints over 30x40 to 40x60 is $15.00

-Crate for metal prints over 40x60 is $20.00

Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,  I can obtain and provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Any Freighting Fees may be billed to me separately after processing your order.  Please contact kimnewmanphoto@gmail.com for freight fees BEFORE the order is placed!

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests 

If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact kimnewmanphoto@gmail.com regarding your shipping preferences.  APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.  Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.  Customer is responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.  Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact me with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

MERCHANDISE (GIFT SHOP ITEMS & CALENDARS)

Typical maximum transit times for merchandise are shown in the table below.  Many orders’ shipment time will be less than indicated below.  Please note this is transit time after the item is produced.  Production can take a few days since all items are printed on-demand. 

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. I'll work with you to resolve the issue!

There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
